Yep, it happens. I would say it's pretty limited. It's completely counter productive for people to push their agenda by bagging other points of view. My most hated is the old "there's ledges down the road if you wanna state street skate street"
We need a good inner city plaza in Melbourne. If crew had been a bit smarter and respected Lincoln more than that could have been it. That battle still isn't over, I've heard rumours about new plans.

Where is this exactly anyway. Discussion aside this could be the best/most diverse/broadly catering park in oz yes? Or belcoesque in that regard
Yes, on par with Belco, with a better snake run.

Haven't actively tried to find this thread and follow it since.. A very long time ago.
Park is rad. Massive shame some do-gooder sticky nose bitch decided to be a cunt and call the cops on us, who swiftly ejected us. What a cop out.
If you look around the place is like some derelict caricature of a suburb, drug fucked idiots everywhere but people are worried about dudes skating the finished skatepark.
Makes you wonder.
Went there on the weekend, security guard on day duty. I was told it would be open in 6-8 weeks.....
They are putting in lights, fences etc my god the park looks amazing
Of course it is amazing the greatest skate legend this country has ever seen designed it.
